Problematic : "How to capitalize on the success of the Shanghai Flagship? "
Objectives : integrate the Brand Image of Hermès in the Chinese culture, generate traffic in the parent company and shops, to make a mark on everyone's minds with an event, to win the loyalty of existing customers, reach new target groups and to create a link with China.
Work done : creating a event campaign to Shanghai
- Marketing section : Chinese luxury market research, monitoring on Chinese traditions and implementing a marketing strategy.

Work done : conception of a new non-existent service on the present market and the establishment of the agency.
